Does “sealed” mean brand new?
No — and this is worth being clear about. Only the iPhone 15, 16 and 17 in our Brand New range are factory new from Apple, unopened with full manufacturer warranty. Other devices are clearly labelled on the product page according to their condition. We do not use one condition label for every device. Sealed packaging tells you the box hasn’t been opened since we prepared it, not that the device came straight from Apple. Every product page states plainly which one you’re buying.
Are certified pre-owned iPhones reliable?
Yes. Every device we sell is inspected and tested — including the screen, battery, cameras, Face ID/biometrics, speakers and other core functions. Our devices are listed with 100% battery on the website. Every device is inspected and tested before sale and is backed by our 3-month warranty.
Do your devices come with a warranty?
Yes — every iPhone, Samsung and MacBook comes with a 3-month warranty covering functional defects. If anything goes wrong that's covered, we repair or replace it.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard delivery is FREE to any address in South Africa and takes 3–5 working days. Need it faster? Express delivery is R150 and takes 1–3 working days. We deliver nationwide to all nine provinces — Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, East London, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Kimberley, Rustenburg and every town in between.
Can I return a device if I'm not happy?
Yes — we offer 10-day returns, no questions asked. If the device isn't right for you, contact us within 10 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.
How do I know the devices are legit and not stolen?
Every device is verified before sale — we check IMEI/serial numbers, blacklist status and iCloud/Google lock status. We are a registered South African business (NN Zarbro Restore) operating since 2022 with a 4.9-star Google rating.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (Visa & Mastercard), Ozow Instant EFT, interest-free instalments with Float, and buy-now-pay-later via Happy Pay. To use Happy Pay: at checkout choose Ozow, then on the Ozow screen tap Buy Now, Pay Later and select Happy Pay.
